Comprehensive Writer Guidelines & Legal Agreement

By registering as a writer, submitting content, or publishing on AumFriday, you expressly acknowledge, agree to, and are legally bound by these comprehensive terms, conditions, and indemnification policies. These rules protect AumFriday, its founders, and owners from legal liability worldwide.

1. Legal Independence & Liability Exemption

AumFriday operates solely as an interactive computer service and content hosting platform. Writers on AumFriday are strictly independent contributors. No writer, contributor, or author is an employee, agent, partner, or representative of AumFriday, its founders, owners, or affiliates.

1.1 ABSOLUTE DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: AumFriday, its founders, owners, and operators assume ZERO legal liability or responsibility for any content, statements, claims, defamation, copyright infringement, or damages resulting from the publications of its independent writers. The writer assumes 100% full, unconditional legal and financial liability for their submitted content globally.

2. Strict Content Restrictions

To maintain a safe platform and ensure legal compliance across international jurisdictions, writers are strictly prohibited from publishing the following:

Defamation & Libel: Content that falsely harms the reputation of any individual, business, or entity.
Intellectual Property Infringement: Plagiarized text, unauthorized use of copyrighted images, trademarks, or trade secrets. You must own or hold a valid legal license for 100% of the text and media you upload.
Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that incites violence, promotes discrimination, or targets individuals based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or nationality.
Illegal Activities: Instructions on committing crimes, selling illegal goods, or promoting terrorism.
Financial & Medical Advice: Unqualified, prescriptive financial, investment, medical, or health advice that could lead to physical or financial harm.
Misinformation: Deliberately false statements designed to manipulate public opinion, elections, or public health directives.

3. Intellectual Property & Licensing

While you retain the copyright to your original content, by publishing on AumFriday, you grant AumFriday, its founders, and affiliates a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, distribute, reproduce, modify, and translate your content across any medium or platform.

You warrant and represent that you possess all necessary rights, power, and authority to grant this license, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights globally.

4. Indemnification Clause (Global Protection)

You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AumFriday, its founders, owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising directly or indirectly from:

(a) Your use of and access to the AumFriday platform;
(b) Your violation of any term of these Writer Guidelines;
(c) Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right;
(d) Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive these Guidelines and your use of the platform.

5. Moderation, Removal & Account Termination

AumFriday reserves the absolute right, without prior notice or liability, to:

Modify, hide, suspend, or permanently delete any content that violates these guidelines, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of the founders and administration.
Suspend or terminate writer accounts, revoke access, and ban IPs globally.
Respond to lawful subpoenas, court orders, and DMCA takedown requests by providing relevant writer registration data to law enforcement or copyright holders.

6. The Strike System

AumFriday employs a strict moderation strike system:

1 Strike: Warning issued. The offending article is hidden or removed.
2 Strikes: Publishing rights are restricted. Drafts may be saved but cannot go live.
3 Strikes: Account is suspended pending a manual review by administration.
4 Strikes: Permanent Ban. Writer access is revoked indefinitely.

AumFriday reserves the right to bypass the strike system and issue an immediate permanent ban for severe legal violations.

7. Automated Safety Monitoring

To ensure platform integrity and protect against malicious activity, AumFriday employs automated monitoring systems. If an article receives an abnormal surge of reports within a short period, the system may automatically hide the content for safety while a manual review is conducted. These automated safety triggers are proprietary and designed to prevent coordinated attacks and misinformation surges.

All legal inquiries, copyright takedown notices (DMCA), and policy-related questions must be sent to our official administration email: info@aumfriday.com. AumFriday is an independent platform and acts solely as a neutral service provider for user-generated content.

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from your content or your use of the AumFriday platform shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the founder/owner primarily resides or operates the entity, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts for all legal matters.
