Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: April 20, 2026

By accessing or using AumFriday, you agree to these terms. They explain your responsibilities as a user, how moderation works, and what rights AumFriday needs to operate the platform.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.

1. Platform role

AumFriday is a publishing platform for user-generated content. Writers are responsible for what they submit. We may host, review, hide, remove, or restrict content when needed to operate the service and enforce our policies.

2. Eligibility and account use

You must meet the legal age required in your location to use this type of service. You are responsible for your account activity, the accuracy of your account information, and the security of your sign-in access.

3. Writer responsibility

If you publish on AumFriday, you confirm that your content is lawful, original or properly licensed, and does not violate our Content Guidelines. You are responsible for the claims, links, and media included in your articles.

4. Content ownership and license

You keep ownership of content you created, but by publishing on AumFriday you give us a non-exclusive license to host, display, format, distribute, and technically process that content as needed to run the platform, surface it to readers, moderate it, and archive related records.

5. Moderation rights

AumFriday may review reports, hide or remove articles, issue strikes, apply publishing restrictions, suspend accounts, or ban users where needed to protect the platform and enforce policy. Admin decisions may be based on article content, report history, strike history, repeated abuse, or manual review.

6. Strikes, restrictions, and suspension

  • Warnings may be issued after policy violations.
  • Restricted users may still save drafts but cannot publish.
  • Suspended or banned users may lose access to normal dashboard actions.
  • Admins may apply manual overrides in more serious cases.

A removed article may remain editable for reference, but the same article can still be blocked from future publication.

7. Appeals

Where available, users may request a review of moderation actions through the dashboard or suspended-account flow. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal, but it does allow the decision to be reviewed against the recorded moderation history.

8. Deletion and retained records

We may retain moderation records, report records, strike records, and related logs even when content is hidden, removed, or no longer visible. This helps us handle appeals, repeated abuse, safety reviews, and legal compliance.

9. Ads, third parties, and service limits

AumFriday may display ads or use third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent hosting of content, or error-free operation. The platform is provided on an as-available basis.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AumFriday is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any content published by users. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AumFriday and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or any content posted by third parties. We are a neutral service provider and do not endorse or take responsibility for user-generated content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AumFriday and its owners from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to our primary place of operation. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Updates

We may update these terms when the product or policy changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Review the Content Guidelines and Privacy Policy for more detail.
